Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FoodDropr ("FoodDropr", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using FoodDropr, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
FoodDropr provides software tools that help home food businesses publish weekly food drops, manage pickup orders, and accept customer payments through third-party providers. We do not prepare, package, deliver, or sell food.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.
3. Subscription & billing
FoodDropr is offered on a subscription basis. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
4. Seller responsibilities
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your food business, including cottage food laws, food safety, labeling, permits, sales tax collection, and food handler certifications. See our Seller Responsibility / Food Compliance Disclaimer for details.
5. Payments to your customers
To accept payments from your customers, you will connect your own Stripe account inside the FoodDropr app. Stripe's terms govern that relationship. FoodDropr does not handle customer payments on your behalf.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use FoodDropr to sell items prohibited by law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
7. Disclaimers
FoodDropr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
