Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for FoodDropr platform subscriptions (the monthly or annual fee sellers pay to FoodDropr). It does not cover refunds between you and your customers for food orders — those are handled through your own Stripe account inside the app.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Annual plans
Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Within 14 days of your initial annual purchase, contact support@fooddropr.com for a refund of the unused portion.
Billing issues
If you were charged in error or believe there's a billing problem, email support@fooddropr.com and we'll make it right.
